Las Vegas Cake Classes

Here are just a few of the wonderful things I learned in Las Vegas last weekend, I brought home a few semi-finished pieces that I will be adding to the blog as soon as I complete them. I missed seeing everyone at the Bridal Faire, but the things I learned will be well worth it! There is no need to travel to Salt Lake for a stunning wedding cake!

Las Vegas Cake Classes

Debbie Brown, Accomplished cake decorator and author from England was one of the featured teachers, she is amazing teacher! The body, face, and arms of this doll are hand-modeled and painted, the balustrade in front of the doll is also hand-modeled - this would be a wonderful cake for your little princess!

Las Vegas Cake Classes

I was able to take a class from Marina Sousa, winner of Food Network Challenge "Miley Cyrus Birthday Cake" Marina used hanging sugar beads to decorate this winning cake, what a whimsical touch to a Birthday or Wedding cake!

The Bridal Faire will be at Utah State University on Saturday, September 19th. I will not have a booth there this time because I will be attending some great classes in Las Vegas put on by the California Cake Club!

If you call for an appointment and tell me you saw this blog, I will give you a 10% Bridal Faire Discount. (good until december 31, 2009)

Compare my prices to the Bakery prices - you will be pleasantly surprised!

I have some wonderful fall/winter flavors! My favorite is Spice cake with a Carmel Buttercream filling, or for a Christmas wedding, the Gingerbread cake with an Orange Cream Cheese filling! All cakes are made from scratch using real butter and are moist and delicious!

I will post pictures from Las Vegas for everyone to see!
